Good hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me return my forgotten headphones. I always enjoy my time here, and I'm excited to come back for my next business trip!

Clean and nice hotel, in vicinity of City Center.
Noise could be a problem. The rooms with windows view to the highway encounter noise troubles, like mine.

More pros than cons, but still.
The location is convenient with easy access to public transport and a large nearby shopping mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
Noisy disturbances from the main road. Breakfast options were quite limited, lacking any warm items.

2 autocars with kids were also in the hotel; was not really comfortable for the other guests

Parking is shared with the restaurant next door so at some hours it's impossible to find a spot for the car. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is poor and the space is clearly small for the amount of people. In general, this hotel is way below the standard we are used to find at Holiday Inn Express.

Very nice and helpfull hotel staff. The bedrooms were very clean.
Although we ask a non-smoking room we get a smoking room because the hotel was fully booked. Very nice bathroom with bath … but the bath was made unusable by removing the drain plug. That Madrid in the summer has a problem with water shortage will be the reason, so we used the shower! A small note with explanation would be appreciated.

English language is good. Staff are accommodating. Parking and access are great.Sure the room is not huge but the design is thought out and in general modern and attractive, as are the public areas We did not use it but the metro is within walking distance. Compared to those in town "High Tec" places, this establishment is palacial.
The room was actually clean as such, though showing some signs of wear. The reason I scored this point as fair was it was purported to be non smoking but smelled stongly of smoking, ugggh

excellent access to parks and local attractions for weekend strolls
I loved that this hotel is a short walk away from Parque de las Comunidades and only about 1 km from Teatro Buero Vallejo. Plus, the cleanliness of my room and its comfort, so I'd definitely recommend it to other weekend travelers looking to roam around Madrid.

The staff were friendly and attentive and responded to our requests and complaints very well. The atmosphere was relaxed and good for families
Difficult to find and the receptionist didn't know how to direct us which cost us an hour in the middle of Madrid! Room smelt of tobacco but this would have been the fault of a previous client who didn't follow the rules. Found cigarette ash and used chewing gum in room but this was dealt with quickly and the supervisors were shocked and very apologetic

Great hotel for a family on a budget. Good location for passing through Madrid as a stopover point on the way to Portugal and with free car parking and easy access to the motorway. Rooms clean and comfortable. Decent shower facilities.
In one of our family rooms the air conditioning wasn't working. A member of staff tried to fix it, but ended up making the room warmer, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.
